All persons submitting the video(s) or appearing or heard in the video(s) must sign a Release (which shall, among other things, grant to Sponsors the ownership rights in the video(s) and the right to use such person's name, voice and likeness in any manner, commercial or otherwise, and in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe and in perpetuity, including, without limitation, for programming, promotional and advertising purposes) before the submission can be eligible for grants.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Entrants agree to assign to the USCM, Novelis Corporation and KAB (the Sponsors) all of the Entrant�s right title and interest in the video, including any copyright therein, and agrees to waive any moral rights Entrant may have for attribution when the video is displayed or for maintaining the integrity of the video or otherwise. If applicable, Entrant grants to the Sponsors the right to use the Entrant�s likeness, voice sounds or music in any manner, commercial or otherwise, and in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe and in perpetuity, including, without limitation, for programming, promotional and advertising purposes before the submission can be eligible for grants.

Entrants agree to Release and Indemnity the Sponsors and their permited licensees, successors and assigns, attesting, among other things, to the fact that they are the rightful owners of the submitted videos (and any copyright therein) or likeness, voice sounds or music, as applicable, and that the video may be submitted, distributed, duplicated and telecast, and ownership transferred to Sponsors, without obtaining permission from or making any payment to any third party.
